- Components / parts are loaded directly or in jigs into basket at Loading station.
- In an uniform cycle time baskets travel to different stages with different cleaning media.
- Liquid / Air agitation, Ultrasonic cleaning, Dunking, Pressure wash, Rinsing, Hot air drying are typical stages of washing & drying. Most suited for different components / parts to be washed in a single machine.
- Chain conveyor or pneumatic transporter option.
- Components / parts loading can be in the basket / fixture.
