| Problem | : | Aluminum castings after washing were developing white rust due to instant oxidation while been dried by hot air drier. The hot air drying was expensive also in terms of power consumption. |
| Solution | : | Infra Red heating was the ideal & economic solution. Castings were moved on a roller conveyor through a tunnel with Infra Red heaters. Instant heat energy was developed which was reflected on the component directly. Drying was quick and did not leave any traces of moisture thereby reducing any oxidation chances. |
